Return & Refund Policy

Because Herbal Debloat Drops is a consumable health product, we don't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, and opened bottles can't be returned. Please read the product page carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages: if your tracking shows no delivery 30 days after shipping, contact us and we'll reship your order or refund it. Orders with Shipping Protection are reshipped free of charge right away.

Order cancellations: you can cancel a one-time order from your account within 1 hour of purchase, before it is prepared. After that, the order can't be cancelled. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime for future deliveries (see our Cancellation Policy).

Unopened items: where local consumer law gives you a right to return a distance purchase (for example in the EU or UK), you can return sealed, unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first; return shipping is paid by the customer and the refund is issued once we receive the item.

How to make a request: log in to your account (Account icon at the top of our website) and open your order, or email herbaluxesup@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 24-48 hours.

Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
